  • A great place for our group of 6 adults. We were met at the property on arrival and the owner also called around to check that all was ok. Easy to get into Belfast by bus and we did 3 day trips by our own car. Supermarket and service station very close. Very good value for money considering the facilities available
  • Booked last minute, no problem. excellent facilities and location for Belfast international. we were a party if 4 ladies and would highly recommend. Hope to stay again! thanks for everything

  • I stayed at the hotel on Saturday 3rd June for our anniversary this was the fourth time we have stayed here. Check in was easy and fast the room was not ready for us as we had arrived early as wife was getting massage in the Health Spa I went out to play putting with the two children and I got a text message to say my room was ready this was a fantastic touch that I thought was brilliant. I had asked for a fruit platter for the room and it was filled with lovely chopped fruit and the kids loved it. We went down to use the pool as the kids where so looking forward to it they had a blast as there was blow up rings floats and a blow up shark they did not to get out. We had booked an evening meal and I had the soup which was broccoli and meal was burger the wife went for the chicken both meals were fantastic I can recommend the soup the kids got chips etc. The room was very spacious and clean the beds where comfortable and we all had a good sleep. The breakfast was like a self service style with a great selection of hot food as well as cereal and pastries again fantastic service from the waiting staff with tea coffee etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to my next stay.…

  • During a recent visit to the hotel i had a laptop stolen from my room while attending a conference. When spooking with the duty manager she told me that it was not their issue but a policing matter even though the person accessed my room with a key card. Luckily the police where able to retrieve the laptop but I have yet to receive any correspondence from the Manager, i have had to contact them on several occasions to seek a resolution which i have still not received now over three months later. I found the staff unsympathetic and without any care for my poor treatment by their staff. I also since found out from the police that theft from the hotel was a regular occurrence. Avoid this hotel if you like good customer service. Still awaiting a response!…

  • We were visiting our son in Antrim so i was looking for a hotel nearby. Checking a hotel booking site this hotel came up at what i felt was a very reasonable price for 2 nights including breakfast. I did a quick check on Tripadvisor before booking and the reviews clinched it. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly and attentive receptionist. She checked us in and explained about the hotel and its facilities. Our room overlooked the golf club car park and was very quiet with excellent facilities and a very comfortable bed giving us a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and the quality of the food was really good with everything being very fresh and the staff where constantly replenishing the food as it was getting eaten. We took advantage of the pool, sauna, and steam room and again these facilities were well kept. A nice touch from the hotel was the fact that during the stay the management asked us how things were with the stay by text asking if there was anything that could be done to make it better. I found this to be thoughtful and not intrusive. On the evening of our second nights stay we looked at places to eat but decided that as it was a pleasant evening and we were sitting outside listening to the live entertainment we would eat in the hotel. I had a lasagna which i can say was very tasty and probably the best i have had in a non Italian restaurant. On the morning of our departure we used the pool area again prior to breakfast arriving just after it opened at 08.00 and were surprised at how many people were in the gym area which had a quite extensive range of equipment. Breakfast was consistently good. Checkout was very swift and the bill for our food and drink from the previous evening very reasonable for what we had. Will be back.…
